How To Sign Up

The LoanProspector.com sign up process will vary based on your access method.

Access method	User type	Sign up instructions
System-to-system	Seller/Servicer	Contact your Loan Prospector technology sales representative.
System-to-system	Third-party originator	Contact your wholesaler to determine how they want to work with you after transitioning. Once your wholesaler transitions to LoanProspector.com you may need to assign and submit loans to Loan Prospector differently. Your wholesale lender will explain their new business process and provide specific broker sign-up directions.
Browser – direct or via LOS	Seller/Servicer	Just modify your existing account by registering your individual users. To register users: Go to www.LoanProspector.com/access Select "Add, update or remove Loan Prospector users." Enter your Seller Number and company name Select "Add new user" Complete "Primary contact" information form On the "User Information" page provide the following for every one of your Loan Prospector users provide: First name Last name Four-digit PIN E-mail address Phone number
