On December 7, we introduced several enhancements to Loan Prospector®
feedback that will make it easier for you to use. Our changes are
designed to provide you with more information and additional direction
you need to help you complete your Loan Prospector submission. These
are the first of many changes we're making to ensure Loan Prospector
continues to meet your business needs.
Enhanced Feedback Makes Locating Key Information Easier
You'll find that key loan information is easier to locate with
our enhanced feedback documents. We streamlined our documents to
make it quicker for you to identify key loan details and adding
new information to help you use Loan Prospector feedback more efficiently.
LoanProspector.com users will see the following changes:
Fewer Feedback Documents With More Data
An enhanced Loan Prospector Feedback Certificate
We incorporated the Loan Summary into the Feedback
Certificate. You'll find information from the Loan Summary,
including Originating and Submitting Company, Interest Rate,
Number of Units and Occupancy Type in the Feedback Certificate.
In addition to incorporating the Loan Summary and additional
loan data, we reorganized the Feedback Certificate
[see
example] to highlight key loan information at the top,
including purchase eligibility and delivery fee information.
We also now include additional data in the Loan Information
section of the Feedback Certificate to assist you in analyzing
and validating your results, including:
HTLTV
Cash Out Amount
Loan Processing Stage
Offering Identifier
Product Type
Affordable Product Type
Occupant Debt Ratio
Occupant Housing Ratio
An updated Documentation Checklist
Keep track of which documentation you've gathered with our
enhanced
Documentation Checklist. Simply print out the Documentation
Checklist and check off the documents you've collected.
Once you're finished, be sure to include the Documentation
Checklist in the loan file. LoanProspector.com users will
also see new messages, when applicable on the Documentation
Checklist. Click

Additional credit information
The Credit Report Information section of the Feedback Certificate
now includes a complete list of all borrowers' credit scores
as well as a date beyond which Loan Prospector will re-pull
credit data if the loan is resubmitted. LoanProspector.com
users will see
LP Classic® users will receive the same information
in messages [see
messages] found in the Loan Processing Section of the
Feedback Certificate:
Up-front messages for Incomplete, Invalid or
Ineligible responses
We added new up-front messages [see
example] to let you know when and why your loan submission
is invalid, incomplete, or ineligible. The Feedback Certificate
will display when your loan submission status is complete.
More Features Improve Usability
Loan Prospector feedback's new refined look and expanded features
make it easier for you to use.
Flexible printing options
With our new flexible printing options, you'll be able to print
all feedback documents at one time or continue to print the
documents individually.
Updated feedback messages
We updated several feedback messages to correspond with the
data provided on the Uniform Residential Loan Application (Form
1003/65). When appropriate, we're providing the old terms in
parentheses following the updated terms. Click

We also added new descriptive messages in the Loan Processing Information
section of the Feedback Certificate for LoanProspector.com and LP
Classic users to help you identify the steps you'll need to
