Why are you adding two new CRCs to your list of direct relationships?
We added two new companies, LandSafe and Land America, to our list of
participating Loan Prospector credit reporting companies (CRC) in response
to customer requests. In addition, we want to give you even more flexibility
and opportunities to save money with LoanProspector.com.
Can I start ordering merged credit from one of the new
CRCs right away?
If you'd like to order merged credit from any of our participating CRCS
you'll need to:
Complete either the on-line sign up process or paper-based process
for the company of your choice
Follow the instructions provided at www.LoanProspector.com/about/crc.html
for completing and submitting the service agreement. The set up process
usually takes two or three days to complete.
Talk to your loan origination system (LOS) vendor
You’ll need to be on the latest software version, which includes
the new fields in your drop-down menu. Ask your LOS vendor what version
you are on, and when they will be able to provide the additional CRC
field options on your system.
I’m a CRC, can I become a direct Loan Prospector.com CRC?
It is our strategy to carefully select and manage our direct CRC relationships
so we are able to offer the most competitive pricing and quality service
to our customers. At this time we do not have plans to add any more CRCs
to our list of direct relationships. As always, you are welcome to become
an affiliate to the direct CRCs so that you can provide your services to
Loan Prospector.com customers.
I’m already ordering merged credit from a participating CRC
through Loan Prospector. Do I need to do anything? No. If you’re happy with your current CRC relationship you don’t
need to do anything.
Can orders placed through LandAmerica as technical affiliate of
Fidelity be reaccessed with a reference number?
No, if another merged credit report is needed, a new merged credit report
would be required, and an additional merged credit fee would be charged.
Will the Credit Score Disclosure Letter (CSDL) functionality recently
announced for LP and LP.com merged orders will be available with these
new CRC’s?
