New Credit Reporting Companies Give You More Choices and Flexibility

When you use merged credit options in LoanProspector.com you'll
enjoy the convenience of our Reference Number functionality and
pay only $15 for your Loan Prospector assessment fee. Learn more.
In response to your requests, we recently added two new credit reporting companies,
LandAmerica and LandSafe, to our list of participating Loan Prospector credit
reporting companies (CRC) in LoanProspector. com. Now, with seven CRCs and more
than 153 affiliates to choose from, you'll have even more flexibility and opportunities
to save money when using merged credit with LoanProspector.com.
If you're interested in using LandAmerica or LandSafe, you'll find their information,
as well as their service agreements on our list of
CRC's. To begin using these new CRCs or any of the other participating Loan
Prospector CRCs, you’ll need to:
Complete the service agreement for the company of your choice
Go to www.LoanProspector.com/about/crc.html
and complete the CRC service agreements. You can signup electronically using
the online signup process provided by LandAmerica and LandSafe. The set
up process usually takes two or three days to complete.
Talk to your LOS vendor
You’ll need to be on the latest software version, which includes the
new fields in your drop-down menu. Ask your LOS vendor what version you
are on, and when they will be able to provide the additional CRC field options
on your system.
