Consumer Score Disclosure Letter Now Available through Loan Prospector
[March 23, 2005]
To help you meet the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act (Fact Act) requirements,
we’ve added the ability for you to receive a Consumer Score Disclosure
Letter (CSDL) from the credit reporting companies at the end of each merged
credit file in Loan Prospector®.
This service is available only upon request from the seven participating
credit reporting companies (CRCs) through Loan
Prospector and is available at a user level. A nominal fee may apply, depending
on the CRC of choice. The CRCs will bill you directly for this service, if applicable.
If you’re interested in using this service, please contact
your CRC directly. You’ll want to confirm with them their fee for
this service, as well as any additional data storage requirements you may need
as a result of this addition to the merged credit report.
