December 7 Loan Prospector® EnhancementsNovember 18, 2008
On December 7, we updated Loan Prospector® to incorporate the following changes:
- The elimination of Accept Plus Documentation Level in Loan Prospector as announced in an October 17 e-mail to all Freddie Mac Sellers.
- The ability to assess super conforming mortgages.
- New feedback messages to support pricing and credit changes announced in the October 17 Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide (Guide) Bulletin.
- The retirement of Loan Prospector Versions 2.1, 2.0, and 2.0 one-way on March 15, 2009.
