You can find your TPO number or Seller/Servicer ID number in:
- The Loan Prospector Feedback Certificate
- The user profile in LoanProspector.com
- The welcome e-mail you received when you became an approved Freddie Mac customer
If you need help locating your customer number, please e-mail us and include:
- Your full company name
- Your corporate office location
- Your tax ID (if available)
- A phone number where you can be reached.
Be sure to include "customer number look up" in the subject line. You'll receive a response within 24 hours.

Question about a specific loan you've submitted to Loan Prospector?
You'll need the transaction number and Loan Prospector Key Number. Both appear on your feedback certificate. -
Third-party originators: Question about your password?
You'll need the user's PIN when you call customer service. The PIN is a 4-digit number selected by your administrator.
