You can find your broker ID number or Seller/Servicer ID number in:

  • The Loan Prospector Feedback Certificate
  • The User Profile in LoanProspector.com
  • The Welcome e-mail you received when you became an approved Freddie Mac customer

If you need help locating your customer number, please e-mail us at web_inquiries@freddiemac.com and include:

  • Your full company name
  • Your corporate office location
  • Your tax ID (if available)
  • A phone number where you can be reached.

Be sure to include "Customer number look up" in the subject line. You'll receive a response within 24 hours.

Tips for Getting Faster Answers

  • Question about a specific loan you've submitted to Loan Prospector?
    You'll need the transaction number and LP Key Number. Both appear on your feedback certificate.

  • Brokers: Question about your password?
    You'll need the user's PIN when you call customer service. The PIN is a 4-digit number usually expressing a date in month-day format (MMDD).
