Loan Prospector May 12 Release
May 14, 2013 - The Loan Prospector® May 12 release enhancements were successfully implemented as scheduled. The Loan Prospector implementation date reflecting revised qualification requirements for ARM products with initial adjustment periods of five years or less has changed from July 1, 2013, to
July 14, 2013.

Loan Prospector June 23 Release
April 24, 2013 - On June 23, 2013, we will update Loan Prospector to provide specific details in our purchase eligibility feedback messages.

Loan Prospector May 12 Release
March 20 , 2013 - To provide you with greater purchase certainty that the loans you sell to Freddie Mac will meet our eligibility requirements, Loan Prospector® will be updated on May 12, 2013.
