November 06, 2015 Important updates to November's Loan Prospector release:

  • The Loan Prospector November 22, 2015, release is now scheduled for November 21, 2015.
  • Loan Prospector's regularly scheduled maintenance downtime (5:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. EST) is being extended to 2:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. EST on November 21, 2015.
  • No changes will be made to the feedback message LPR-YP as previously mentioned in the Loan Prospector November 2015 Release – Feedback Messages.
  • All feedback message spreadsheets for this release were updated on November 06, 2015.

October 21, 2015 – Beginning October 25, 2015, Freddie Mac will only support IE9, IE11, Firefox 42.0 and Chrome 37.0 on To view the full capability of Loan Prospector, it is recommended that one of these internet browsers be utilized. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your Freddie Mac Representative.
